TaskJesus Aims and Objectives
TaskJesus offers a facility for Christian Evangelists to operate from and through TaskJesus. Many individuals who have ministries need to belong to a body or group and become united in a common purpose. TaskJesus is not replacing the church or any other body or organisation where Christians meet, fellowship or evangelise. TaskJesus offers opportunities for people to come together on common purpose. It is important that members read and share the contributions of other members who have added information about their ministry, testimonies, events, church activities etc on the FACEBOOK GROUP PAGE.
People can obtain FREE CD’s and DVD’s via the TaskJesus Facebook page. All resources offered on the TaskJesus website have been created especially for this ministry or offered with the full permission of the originator. The ministry is funded by voluntary donations and no-one receives any payment for managing or operating the TaskJesus ministry. All monies received are used to pay for services and equipment which may be essential for the continuation of the ministry.
Members of TaskJesus Facebook group can add content, whether it be testimonies, website links, personal information, Christian events, or subjects for discussion. Many many people have developed new friendships via TaskJesus and this can strengthen their Christian faith and understanding.
TaskJesus is not just a Facebook ministry. It’s about people coming together in unity and purpose to do God’s work and to give all the glory to GOD. Their works with the provision and inviolvement of the Holy Spirit is all in accodance with God’s will. TaskJesus offers a platform for these works through encouragement, sharing, outreaches and annual events.
We encourage members to join with other Christians in their areas where meetings can be set up to organise events for fellowship and evangelism through witnessing, testimonies and more.
Hebrews 10:23-25 (New International Version)
Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. 25 Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Hebrews 10:23-25 (King James Version)
Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching Every believer will be judged for their works at the Judgement Seat of Christ
1 Corinthians 3:11-15 (New International Version – UK)
For no-one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If any man builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, his work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each man’s work. If what he has built survives, he will receive his reward. If it is burned up, he will suffer loss; he himself will be saved, but only as one escaping through the flames.
1 Corinthians 3:11-15 (King James Version)
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
If you are already working for God and would like to become part of something bigger than yourself, please become a member of TaskJesus. Becoming a member is easy and it is absolutely free, all that we ask is that you have made Jesus your Lord and saviour and have a desire or are already working for God.
TaskJesus Believes In One God
We believe in one God, The creator of Heaven and Earth, of things that can be seen and things that cannot be seen- [Genesis 1:1-31, 2:1-3]
We believe the Bible, as originally given, to be without error, and is the inspired and infallible word of God and the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
We believe that the godhead exists co-equally and co-eternally in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and that these three are one God, sovereign in creation, providence and redemption.
We believe in the true and proper deity of our lord Jesus Christ as the Son of God, born of a virgin, and found to be without sins
He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead VICTORIOUSLY.
After being seen many He then ascended to heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father. From there he will judge the living and the dead.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, We believe in the baptism and infilling of the Holy Spirit given freely and without repentance from God the Father (Luke 2:1-12, Acts 2:4).
We believe the church or fellowship represents the ‘Body of Christ’ whether it is a multitude or where two or three are gathered;
We believe the church is a place of holy worship and prayer, a place where biblical principles and discipleship is taught and practiced, a place where all are regarded as important to the Body of Christ.
